Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

We want you to shop with confidence. If an eligible item doesn’t work out because of fit, a product issue, or simply because it isn’t right for you, you may request a return in accordance with the terms below.

To be eligible for a return under our standard return policy, the item must be in like-new condition. You may carefully try the item on your pet to check the fit, but it must not show signs of wear, damage, odor, or excessive pet hair. All original tags must remain attached, and the item should be returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

To request a return, contact us at support@ownpacestudio.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can review the issue and help make it right.

For confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover the applicable return or replacement shipping costs.

Exchanges

For the quickest replacement, we recommend returning the eligible item and placing a new order for the item you would prefer.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If your item is not defective but you have changed your mind, you may still request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.

A valid tracking number may be required for returned packages.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

European Union and United Kingdom Cancellation Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have statutory rights to cancel an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

These statutory rights apply separately from our standard 30-day return policy and are subject to applicable consumer law.

You may inspect the item as reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and suitability. If an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and its value has been reduced, this may affect the amount refunded where permitted by law.

Unless we have agreed otherwise, you may be responsible for the cost of returning the item, provided you were informed of this obligation before purchase.

Where required by applicable law, we will also refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option originally offered. Any additional cost resulting from choosing an upgraded or express delivery method may not be refundable.
